If the Cockpit is the surface you talk to, this is what sits underneath it. It holds what a company knows and decides who — and what — is allowed to reach each part of it.
Walled, not pooled
Every customer's material lives behind its own wall. Nothing is blended into a shared pool for convenience, because a shared pool is only convenient until the first time you have to explain it.
Acting is not learning
An agent reading something to do a job is not the same as that material becoming part of a model. Work happens against the data; the data does not quietly become training. Keeping those two ideas separate is most of the design.
What deliberately stayed manual
Granting scope. Widening what a person or an agent can reach is a human decision, made once, on purpose. It is slower. It is meant to be.
Why bother
Because the question that ends most AI projects is not does it work. It is who saw what, and when. If you cannot answer that in a sentence, you do not have a system — you have a liability with good branding. Building the answer in from the start costs far less than retrofitting it after someone asks.
