A brokerage and consultancy that takes emerging brands into distribution and retail. The work was the front door: positioning, the site, and the path from interested to in touch.
The problem it solved
The offer was clear in conversation and nowhere else. Prospects arrived from introductions and had nothing to look at that explained what the firm did or what working with it cost.
What got automated
The front door. A fast site that states the offer in the first screen, and a route from reading it to being in contact that does not depend on anyone remembering to follow up.
What deliberately did not
Qualifying a deal. Whether a brand is worth taking to market is a judgement built on relationships and category knowledge, and no form is going to make it. The site's job is to bring the right conversation to the table, not to score it.
What I would tell someone building this
Most of the value came from saying the offer plainly, not from software. Writing down what the firm actually does — and what it charges — removed more friction than any tool in the stack. Build the clarity first; automate the follow-through after.
